TECHNOSERVE CO., INC. (herein after referred to as “TCCI” for brevity) or formerly Technoserve Construction Co., Inc. is engaged in the business of recruitment and placement of manpower for overseas employment predominantly to construction projects in the oil and gas industry. TCCI is the recruitment agent of JGC Construction International PTE. LTD. incorporated in Singapore, an affiliate of JGC Corporation. Successful applicants are mobilized to projects under-taken by JGC Corporation, a recognized EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company headquartered in Yokohama, Japan.

TCCI was incorporated on February 18, 1998. Its equity structure complies with the requirement of a recruitment company as prescribed in the Foreign Investment Act of 1991. Being a licensed recruitment company, it adheres to the rules and regulations of the Philippine Overseas Employment Adminstration (POEA) in the conduct of recruitment and deployment of Filipino workers abroad.
